Refund policy

We understand that sometimes, even Odorable items, don't quite fit. We accept returns and exchanges, if the item is clean, undamaged and has the swing tags still attached.

THE SMALL PRINT: returns, exchange, refund policy

Returns Policy: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be sent back within 30 days. Any returned items must be in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. We will not accept returns that have been worn (other than to check fit), washed, damaged or stained. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and what will happen next. We need to make sure that the item is unused and in original condition before we can accept the return for a refund. If all is well, then your refund will be processed. 

Defects: Our test and inspection methods ensure that defects are highly unlikely. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and have not been modified or damaged by the customer. 

Exchanges: We will exchange your item for your requested item/size/colour if we have it in stock. If there is a freight delay while we wait for your requested stock to arrive from our supplier we will notify you, and you will have the option whether to wait or request a refund instead. Contact us at fetch@odorable.pet and we will send you a free return bag if your address is within New Zealand.
